With too much time on my hands during the Covid-19 lockdown, I decided to expand our kitchen. I built in a large storage cabinet over the refrigerator and ordered the doors from Barker. They quoted standard delivery time, in spite of the pandemic. The doors arrived as promised and they looked great! I had trouble figuring out the hinges - turned out I neglected to order the mounting plates. They explained the problem and I had the plates in hand three days later. Bravo. With all of the pieces in hand, I tried to install everything and found a flaw in one edge of one of the two doors, causing an unsightly gap. I sent pictures to Barker and they are building a replacement for me, expedited! You can't ask for better support for their fine quality products.
